Who is GirlKIND?

GirlKIND is a recently formed organization created in the wake of the recent events of India's disappearing daughters.  Millions of girls are born around the world every year; a million of these girls die before they even turn one, many are left in fields, garbage bins, wells and the streets.  These girls are abandoned quite simply because they are girls.  

GirlKIND is a group of individuals who have come together to fight Gendercide, combat gender discrimination and raise awareness on this issue through different avenues. Helping empower girls and women to change cultural values, one girl at a time.

We are a registered, incorporated and approved non-profit organization in BC. Currently in the process of seeking "Charitable Status," through Canada Revenue Agency.
